If you have received your order and need a different size, Catchalot allows you to request your first size exchange free of charge.

The exchange applies only to the same model and colour, is subject to stock availability and must be requested within the period indicated below.

Important information

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange.
  • Your first size exchange is free of charge.
  • Size exchanges are only accepted for the same model and colour.
  • The exchange is subject to stock availability.
  • The item must be returned unused, with its labels attached and in its original packaging.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, we will process a return for the item.

Orders delivered in Spain

To request a size exchange for an order delivered in Spain, access our returns and exchanges portal:

Step 1. Enter your postcode and order number.

Step 2. Select the item or items you wish to exchange.

Step 3. Select the size exchange option and indicate the new size required.

Step 4. Complete the request. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions for returning the parcel.

Where can I return the parcel?

Once you have completed the request through the portal and received the confirmation email, you can return the parcel using one of the following options:

Return to a Catchalot store

You can return the parcel to any of our physical stores. The store will act solely as a collection point for the item.

You do not need to show or hand over your invoice. You will only need to show the confirmation email received after completing the process through the portal.

The store will collect the item and provide you with proof of delivery.

Return to a Correos office or collection point

You can also return the parcel to a Correos office or collection point.

Once you have selected this method and completed the process through the portal, you will receive a Correos return label. You can print it and attach it to the parcel or show it directly at your selected Correos location.

We recommend selecting an official Correos office. We do not recommend choosing locations identified as lockers, as we have experienced occasional issues with this type of return.

International orders: deliveries outside Spain

If your order was delivered outside Spain, you must send the item to our central office using a carrier of your choice. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to our facilities.

Include a note inside the parcel stating your order number, your full name and the new size required.

Once we have received and inspected the item, we will send the new pair free of charge, provided that the requested size is available.

Important

Size exchanges are only available for the same model and colour.

If you would like a different model, colour or item, you must request a return and place a new order.

If the requested size is unavailable, we will process a return for the item.
