To reduce the environmental impact, we will send you your purchase receipt only in electronic format instead of the usual printed one.
The return period is 30 days from receipt of the order. You cannot exchange or return accessory items such as: sprays, creams, insoles and socks.
The products will be returned in the same condition in which you received them (unused, unwashed, with the inner and outer labels still attached, without repairs, together with their complete original packaging and together with any accessories related to the themselves) and with the corresponding purchase receipt.
Catchalot reserves the right to reject late returns if the products are not in the same conditions as when they were sent, or if they do not meet our return conditions.
The refund will be held until the merchandise is received or until you provide proof that you have returned it. The customer will be responsible for proving that the items have been returned. If your return does not comply with the stipulated terms, you will not have the right to receive any refund of the amount and we will send you the products freight collect.
To make returns or exchanges of items in the store, you can show the invoice sent in the order confirmation on your mobile device. If you wish, you can also access and print the invoice that appears in your CUSTOMER ACCOUNT - MY ORDERS AND RETURNS - DETAILS.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to process the order in a maximum of 14 days, depending on your bank and the payment method used.
In the case of payment by bank card, the refund will be paid to the same card. At the time of making the refund, if you no longer have the card with which you paid, we suggest that you contact our Customer Service department.
If the recipient of the products is different from the person who made the payment, the refund of the money will be made to the person who made the payment.
If the amount of your refund is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service department and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Remember that Catchalot reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the established period and those that contain articles that are not in the same conditions as when they were received.
