Cancel my order
- If the payment method is bank transfer and you have not yet made the payment for your order, do not worry. After 4 days we cancel the orders that we have not received the payment. If you wish, you can also contact our customer service.
- If you have already made the payment by card, you can modify the order as long as it has not started to be prepared. Keep in mind that our warehouse colleagues are extremely efficient, so they can prepare the order in a matter of minutes.
- If the order has already been prepared or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it, but you can make the change or return within the next 30 days.
- If at the end of the purchase you need to modify your order. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible.
