Buying at Catchalot is very simple, we explain it step by step:
- Register in our online store or log in with your customer account.
- Visit our product catalog and add the ones you want to purchase to the shopping cart.
- Then you have to press the "proceed to checkout" button.
- Fill in your shipping and billing address (if different from the shipping address). Select the shipping method (address or pick up) and the payment method (Card, Bizum or bank transfer).
- Accept the terms and conditions and confirm the order.
- Receive your order.
Normally, the standard delivery time is 24-96 hours, business days, they are estimated times and agencies usually make deliveries until approximately 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. In the right margin you have the summary of the purchase at all times. You will see the items of your order, size, color, quantity purchased, price and shipping costs.
We will send you an e-mail with all the details of the order and the invoice (except if the order is by bank transfer, which is sent in the payment confirmation).
You can also view the order in "your account" by entering the "my orders and returns" section, clicking on "details" within the order you want to view, here you can also find the invoice.
